Villagers planted an oak sapling to commemorate Her Late Majesty's Platinum Jubilee.
Despite the December drizzle, everyone enjoyed the occasion, including some of the youngest villagers and one who had attended the Coronation, with his parents and sister, as a lad. Thank you to Nigel Ashby for donating the tree and organising everything.
